Why Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF)?
OPTIMIZES CELL FUNCTIONS - because our cells are the foundation of our health and we are only as healthy as they are.
INITIATES THE BODY’S NATURAL HEALING ABILITIES - which yes, our bodies are capable of doing! We are meant to be self healing machines
REPLENISHES CELLULAR ENERGY - as without full energy capacity our cells cannot provide the energy our bodies need to regenerate
BALANCES THE BODY SYSTEMS - once the body is in the right environment for optimal health, homeostasis can return.
A technology that can change the course of disease as we know it, and ultimately improve your quality of life! I don’t know about you, but with only the one life, I want to make sure it’s the best it can be!
I have my own unique story of health issues, but to keep it simple today, it went a little something like this: Low energy, pain, injuries, hormone imbalance, insomnia, allergies, ….sadly it continues… Sound familiar????
Research has shown time after time that PEMF technology has far reaching profound health benefits for everyone and we can promise you that you will experience some, if not all of the benefits listed here:
Sound good? I think it's safe to say we’d all be happy to check every box If possible!!
The history of using magnetic fields to heal is over 5000 years old. Aristotle, Hippocrates, Tesla, Faraday and many others have successfully used magnetic fields. PEMF has been available in the U.S. for over a decade and has been used for medical conditions in animals and humans worldwide. In 1960 NASA proved that the body needs electro-magnetic fields to survive and in 2003 Dr. Goodwin conducted a $3.5 million study showing successful nerve stimulation and restoration with PEMF. In 1979 the FDA approved PEMF for the first time and Health Canada approved specific PEMF devices.
“Every activity of our cells can ONLY take place due to electrical impulse. PEMF is a benefit for mankind from infant to geriatric, and will lead to a change in the paradigm of medicine”
-Dr. Linus Pauling, Double Nobel Prize Winner
When I graduated from my college I made a promise to always provide the highest level of care to all clients, and the community as a whole. This is something I’m incredibly passionate about. My job is to assist clients in creating a better quality of life, no matter what age or stage of life they’re in!
This pandemic really challenged my practice, just as it did for many businesses. How can we make a difference in the health and wellness of the community when we can’t have contact with them?
I think that many people see their daily health and wellness as a non essential, unless they are seriously sick. This is of course understandable during a pandemic.
I work with the population of people who are struggling every day to find, and then maintain sustainable solutions for their conditions. These conditions are real and present, but may not be getting the attention they need during these uncertain times.
These conditions may include; chronic pain, insomnia, inflammation, poor immunity, migraines, depression, anxiety, autoimmune disease, and more.
How many days a week do you lie in bed as your alarm goes off, thinking "Please just let me sleep for a few more minutes?"
There was a period in my life when that was me, seven mornings a week. That feeling would sometimes linger into my second cup of coffee, then return with a vengeance in the early afternoon. I can't tell you how good it feels to have those days behind me.
Sleep deprivation is common, with about 1 in 3 North American adults not getting the recommended seven hours (minimum) of sleep each night. When you're sleep deprived, you can't function at your best, and you may feel tired, have difficulty concentrating and remembering, struggle with emotions, and be at a greater risk for chronic diseases.
Can One Food Make A Difference For Weight Loss?
We often wonder if there is a magic bullet for weight loss. The short answer is no. However, research is discovering some fascinating pieces of information and one food that may help is kimchi.
Personally we like to buy our kimchi at Costco because it's around the corner and only cost about $10 for a typically large Costco sized container that lasts for several weeks. Now, kimchi is not a main course by any means, but is great as a side dish or on it's own. If it's a little out of your comfort zone, not to worry it's actually delicious and you can get as creative as you want with it. My husband eats it all the time and I've seen him put it on meat, in his eggs and even in tacos. Mind you he might not be the best example as I've also seen him eating mustard on tuna before, lol.
