When I graduated from my college I made a promise to always provide the highest level of care to all clients, and the community as a whole. This is something I’m incredibly passionate about. My job is to assist clients in creating a better quality of life, no matter what age or stage of life they’re in!
This pandemic really challenged my practice, just as it did for many businesses. How can we make a difference in the health and wellness of the community when we can’t have contact with them? I think that many people see their daily health and wellness as a non essential, unless they are seriously sick. This is of course understandable during a pandemic. I work with the population of people who are struggling every day to find, and then maintain sustainable solutions for their conditions. These conditions are real and present, but may not be getting the attention they need during these uncertain times. These conditions may include; chronic pain, insomnia, inflammation, poor immunity, migraines, depression, anxiety, autoimmune disease, and more.
